Henry Perez

Henry Perez was born in Havana, Cuba at the height of the Cold War, and immigrated to the U.S. at a young age. He has been writing stories as long as he can remember. In early 2008 Henry signed a two book deal with Kensington. His debut thriller, Killing Red, will be published by Kensington’s Pinnacle Books imprint in June, 2009.

A former television producer and news cameraman, Henry has worked as a newspaper reporter for more than a decade. His short stories have appeared in numerous anthologies. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and daughters, where he is currently at work on his second novel.
