Short Stories and Novellas

FLOATERS is a novella I co-wrote with J.A. Konrath, featuring newspaper reporter Alex Chapa, my protagonist in KILLING RED, and J.A.'s series character Lieutenant Jacqueline “Jack” Daniels. It can be found in MISSING, an anthology from Echelon Press which is available through Amazon.com.

In the FLOATERS novella, homicide cop Jack Daniels reluctantly teams up with newspaper reporter Alex Chapa after a murdered man is found in the Chicago River.

The anthology also includes stories by authors Tom Schreck, Robert Goldsborough, Luisa Buehler, Mary Welk, Barb Annino, and many other writers.

All proceeds from the sales of this book will benefit the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
